dr said my lungs sound really good but.... did give me a breatrhing machine to take home ,has help alot xray came back normal said I had BRONCHITIS! she said IM letting my anxiety get the best of me! could be true,I m really good at that.hope everyone has a great day!

Lol, actually that's fantastic news for you. Anxiety attacks can literally take your breath away, but since you now know that that's what is causing your SOB you can take better measures to address the anxiety attacks. Have you tried Yoga or something like that? Good luck:>))

Thanks for letting us know how you got on with the doc.

Hope the doc gave you some good advice about managing the anxiety. Its great your lungs are clear and xray came back ok. Chronic bronchitis also causes sob, so do be aware when your symptoms become noticeably worse to get checked soonest.
