I just received my first batch of Tiova rotocaps from ADC and was wondering when you usually take it. I've been prescribed Advair 500/50 and Spiriva. Twice a day for the Advair and once a day for the Spiriva.

I take mine as soon as I get up. It gets me going in the morning. I guess whatever works for you. I take singular at night because my Dr. told me too. (I really don't know why).
