The best hope we have for a cure for this condition is that the medical community will find a way to regenerate or regrow alveoli.
I feel that the best possibility of that is #1 HGH (human growth hormone), or #2-stem cell research.
I refuse to believe that there is no way possible to regenerate these cells, the process has just not been discovered yet.
I also believe that any cures for this condition are probably years away.
In the meantime, my continued denial that there is no cure for this condition is what keeps me going, and your mental attitude is an important part of your overall health picture.

research is ongoing and i truly feel there will come a day that this disease can be managed.
