For ME..........I think my o2 at night helps me "wake up"..........cause without it, I think o2 would prolly drop so low.................well I might not wake up:(
As for sleeping..............sometimes I can sleep 12 hours...........other times, maybe 1 or 2, then I wake up........not sure why.....but I sleep with o2 every night:)
(not much help here for your situation, just sharing my own experiences:):)

Also call your 02 supply and they will help you set it up.
I hope you get it figured out so you can sleep!!
Hang in there,
Boo
it might be something you need to ask your dr about.
in the winter i get so dried out that i have to run a humidifier in my room at night.
the water bottle on my O2 machine i don't like in the winter because it condenses in the line & pours water out into my nose.
in the summer i can use the O2 water and not have to run a humidifier.....it's kind of a game of see what options are available and use what is best for you.
when i did the sleep study it showed that i drop to 78% O2 which i never get that low during the day. my pulmonologist said that O2 is more important at night because our breathing, heart and everything decreases when we rest.
i don't get any more sleep at night now that i have O2, but at least i hope my body is getting what it needs as i sleep.
