I am probably wrong but I need to get uyp to date on the new medicare rules anyway.
It has been mentioned here before and if it has not changed the problem was:
When you go to the ER do not just let them keep you overnight for observation but ask to be admitted to the hospital. At one time medicare would only pay if you were admitted. Just a nudge for us to check this out and see if it is still accurate information.
