I wish I could turn the clock back some...Dont we all. But the struggle with breathing is getting me down. I am still trying to get exercise every day. hard to do in winter. But while walking or whatever I am short of breath the whole time. I guess this is normal but it is so hard to breathe. Sure gets depressing. I am on oxygen and it does not seem to help with sob. But keeps my oxygen up into 90s where it should be with exercise. I cant inmagine how this s going to feel if it gets worse. I know some say they cant walk across room. I am not looking forward to someone helping me to bathe. I have a hard time taking a shower now. If I had family or friends to help it may not be so bad but have not. Makes me wonder who is going to help when I cant do things for myself. you hear of caretakers being so nasty to people and hope that does not happen to me.
One of them still comes and helps with my bathing and I pay her myself.
I live with my daughter now I could not live alone. I can barely walk across the room.

was not getting oxogen, but rather the fact that I can't get
the carbon back out, so they set me up with a machine
called Triolgy, it puts big puffs of air into the lungs and that
forces the carbon out, when I last saw my Dr. he said he has
never heard my lungs sound so good. Medicare covers it
and then my co-insurance picks up more so I have no out
