Hi everyone. Been a while since I've posted or responded to any posts. Just been dealing with this misreable illness. Went to my dr yesterday to get the results of my latest lung function test. My volume is at 20% and now at end stage level four emphysema. I have applied for ssdi. I will have to move to another state that is more affordable as I won't be able to live on the ssdi benefits I will be receiving. I have family in the state I will be moving to which will be helpful but right now I'm beyond overload with everything going on. Have an appointment today with my shrink and will discuss my situation. Maybe he will increse the doses of the meds I'm taking or put me on something eles.

I am sorry all this is happening to you. We understand and will listen anytime you want to vent, or just talk. That would be a hard thing to do for you to pack up and move??? Will the relatives in the state you are moving to be able to help you get there and get settled? That does sound like a lot of overload Lauren9, and I pray the transition is an easy one for you. Yes BJ it s going to be hard for me to pack up and move but I have to do it. As far as te paking goes I'm going to ask my friends for help. Probably going to hire a moving company. My best friend has offered to drive me to my family. Wle stayng with a cousin until I find an apartment. Thank you for your prayers and support.

I'm sorry too. To which state are you moving if I'm not being too nosy. Just know I'm in TX where a lot go for warmth and less taxes.
Do you take a traqilizer? I'm wondering if there's a best one for the panicky feeling when SOB.

So sorry to hear you are having such a hard time. Moving does not help with SOB, nor does anxiety and stress. I hope your family is an understanding one and give you moral support and love.
