My pulmo has switched my Seretide/Advair 500 for Onbrez Breezhaler to be used in conjunction with Spiriva, once a day...
It works via a similar capsule (Spiriva) which is clear. The release is incredible and you can really feel it go down.
So far I feel it is working much better than both Symbicort and Seretide...It's early days so we shall see how things pan out...

Please keep us posted on the Onbrez. I've wondered about it since it came out a year or more ago but haven't heard too many people say they were on it....
I would love to get off the Symbicort--think the steroids are causing some probs! Best wishes.
