I was searching online for a natural alternative for steroids for COPD patients and found a couple of sites that might be of interest to y'all.
This first one has a lot of good info about COPD, which might especially be helpful for anyone that has recently been diagnosed with COPD:

And the second one is exciting to me for an alternative and thought it might be of interest to you all because of the effects from long-term usage and especially to those who have bad reactions to cortisone. Of course when searching for the product I found it is pricy! This group does make some very good points about doctors prescribing steroids and another example of how the stuff we take to fix our bodies often messes up the way our bodies were created by God to work!!
