I did 8 weeks of Pulmonary Rehab at Ohio State University last summer. During exercise they will adjust your O2 settings so that when you exercise your SPO doesn't fall below 90%. Below that will cause organ damage.
I have seen the Expand A Lung online, but haven't tried it, sorry.
I do, do breathing exercises which help me a lot.
