It explains so nicely....I shared in hopes my family sees.
I always feel "guilty" when they visit & i need to go lay down, even though they understand.
And to go places & slow them down; i know they understand.....
maybe it was me that needed to see this & that i'm normal :)
this hits home. I sometimes don't want to do something because getting sob. it gets scary when it happens, and I cant breathe
