OR...spazzing here and there not at the same time? That one I had on the last round of Prednisone I was on and it was very freaky and has been recurring, but less. Now I'm back on the stuff again for a few days. It hasn't gone up to that other pitch though, thankfully.
I know that sometimes if I fall in my dream, my body in real life back in my bed will jerk as I brace for the impact. And also that my sense of balance in real life will affect my ability to ride a bicycle in my dream. If I'm laying on my left side I won't be able to turn right and keep falling over to the left.
I think I will read three times before posting for future reference as well:) I took "all over the body" to mean here and there in various locations.
I'm wondering, if it could possibly be your body is relieved to be lying down and given a break and everything that has been working so hard to keep you upright all day is releasing at once?

At times, I feel as though I am going to jerk mu arm back and hit the side lamp. Hubby isn't saying anything yet but this is just one of the many strange and unexpected things that happens.. LOL Sleep may be difficult for him too!!!

Bren....no haven't changed anything, in fact my exercise has slowed down a lot since last flare up....
