Hey Jade....haven't heard from you for a bit.....I hope you are ok during these bushfires up your way....the smoke must be terrible....at least the cool change arrived and things will improve for everyone there especially those with respiratory problems.......sad way to spend Christmas........

Thank you Peter.Great Ocean Road was hit badly with evil fires.My family is here,some from overseas and we end up going to spend a few days at the beach.When fire started we had knock on the door.I made choice to evacuate with a few members of the family and children.The smell of burning was shocking.
You can eat all your vegetables and do exercise but life could end up very fast.

Glad at least you are safe.....Not sure about the heat starting up again this Thursday plus the fires predicted to smolder for at least a month, which then is our regular fire season......

I for one struggle with SOB during the high temps so it must be absolute hell if you include the smoke and anxiety.

i'm glad to hear you are okay.
wildfire smoke kept me housebound a lot of last summer running air purifier & a/c to clear home.
I can't stand wearing masks, but maybe that would be helpful if you have to go out.
thoughts & prayers are with you & all going thru the heat & fire season (((HUGS)))
