I can only gear so much concentration on this little machine....but I realize I should spend more on daily strength than my iPad apps...I try to read....learn..take in digest or throw out info...THANKS ...have not been on that long ..found a place to go to...learn..friends...very private but learning with this health challenge to ask r help, open up more...thank you all......Moonky
Remember to stand & move around at least every 1/2 hour. Some days I have to make a work list before I can play computer ! Every day is an adjustment with this disease because every day is different !
