I am having a pretty good day today and wanted to share. I was dx in November with stage 3 copd- Started with spiriva, added symbicort and have albuterol as a rescue inhaler. I started pulmonary rehab a few weeks ago. Anyway, I have been working on my plants, house plants and outside ones today and for periods of time I forget I have lungs. I am not sure what is helping, but I am much better than I was last spring. Mostly grateful and want to encourage anyone to try whatever is available to increase stamina. This is encouraging to me. :)
