Those of you that have 20 to 30 ft hoses might like try this I use 30 ft and use 15 ft tubes with a 7 ft nose piece, but I use two swivel connecters. One between the 15 footers and one at the connector.Because they can swivel, they do not get tangled up nearly as often.
i like 10' lines with swivels in between----i've run up to 50' that way & it sure is easier to coil up out of the way than 1 big huge 30-50 footer!
i also prefer a 4' canula with my water trap between the canula & end of line....of course in summer i don't need water trap!
in the winter i drown without a water trap.
i have found that water condenses after the trap when i use a 7' canula...just that few feet difference keeps the line after the trap up off the floor that is so cold where i live.
be sure to empty trap daily.
BTW; i had a real problem with the trap because i thought they had to lay flat on floor, but it is made to be able to hang also, as long as water isn't allowed to collect over the air inlet/outlet you can use it either way.
