I just started oxygen therapy and am not happy with my current system - the tanks are to heavy and whats even worse, is its eating up my electric bill (I live in New York and Con Edison is really expensive.) I m trying to switch to helios (they are suppose to be lighter) but what do I do at night - I need to sleep with 1 lpm - and I don't want to have to use electric

You should have a large tank with which you fill your helios. You can turn that on to 1lpm for nighttime. You can go up to 50feet of tube with your tank.
Second idea
Your provider should provide you with a concentrator for night time. I know it runs on electricity, but sometimes it is less at night. Also, if you have trouble, you have a disabliiity. Chick with your state agency to see if they will help with the elec. bill that covers your concentrator.
