As you can see, your symptoms dont fit the usual profile of headaches caused by COPD or Oxygen Therapy. However the paragraph at the end is interesting:

You mentioned that you are hyper and usually wake up every hour; neither sounds good. Talk to a doctor.

i've been having horrid headaches at night & it turned out I have a sinus infection.
as gnott pointed out, so many things can cause headaches that it's hard to pin point the cause.
do you have a room humidifier or use the water bottle on your concentrator? dried out sinus' will cause headache also.....try room humidifier if you are in a dry climate, it may help.

the dr said it was "cluster migraine" & she could give me bp pill that would dilate my vessels.
i told her why would i take a pill when a cup of coffee & a candy bar made it go away?
is your 02 95-97% with or without wearing the 02?
have you had a sleep study?
I would definitely talk to dr about it.Sleep studies can reveal a lot of things.
as gnott said it may be related to something other than the 02, or maybe the 02 shrinks your blood vessels?
interesting one, that i'd love to hear what you find out about it.
