For the last week I’ve noticed oxygen levels dropping when I’m moving around. My job requires quite a bit of walking which I thought was a good thing. (Except for the dust). This morning it was running 89-90 just trying to get ready. I am constantly battling sinus crud. Went to primary on Friday and she want to switch me from spiriva to trelegy. I asked about an inhaler with a steroid and she said I would need that plus the spiriva. Spiriva is expensive without insurance and she said trelegy was even more. Any insight would be appreciated.
I'm living in a personal care home--this particular one since March of this year, when the one I'd been living in the previous 3 years closed. I hate this place. The food is terrible. Not sure why but I find smoking a cig to help with stress. But I Know it's not a good thing too . But it helps I think I don't know what else too do to quite I tried everything from patches gum Wellbutrin chantix and cold turkey. I seem to never able to stick with it to quit something comes up for me too have one. Ugh how do I ever stop
