Just imagine all the money I spent on Streaks; Frosting; Weaves-----all so I could have blond highlights. Now I have wonderful highlights-----gray, silver, and white. I earned this hair and I am keeping it. LOL

Seriously....im just happy I take after Dad with no bald spots YET although years ago I did panic cos of receeding on the sides and started with the Rograin which was an expensive wasted exercise....

Im happy with the grey...kinda distinguished they say lol

Peter, that's the problem right there...gray hair--men look distinguished and women with gray hair look old. That's how most see it-not fair!

Does not sound easier or more effective than regular hair dye. I tried going completely grey a few years back to see how it would look and how I would feel about it.

Here is what happened. People started talking baby talk to me. Men started looking at me with horror instead of a smile. Pharmacist asked me if I was on medicare. I was only 56 at the time.

I dyed my hair a nice dark brown again and all of a sudden I was treated like a normal semi attractive female again.

Tro-jan, love you description . Right on target. I hate the baby talk but since I'm approaching 80 and carry a cane do appreciate help with doors, etc. that even women offer. I'm learning to be a gracious receiver.
