As per your question, all the different flu vaccines are practically identical (Matched) world-wide. If updates occur they are implemented during manufacturing.
This has led to a myth that the longer one waits to get a flu shot the more likely they are to get the latest n greatest. This sounds logical, but unfortunately the lead-time between manufacturing, ordering, packaging, and delivery are so long, and who gets what and when, makes the distribution system so complex that no provider can ever be quite sure how recent any particular shot is.
