Y'all probably know all these, especially BJ who probably has them on her FB page, but I'm sharing just in case. I had 4 of these already in my bookmarks, but just found them all together on YouTube. I had not seen the "Healing Your Breath" one until today. Wow, how many times have I felt like she's demonstrating!! So I definitely like those helpers for when I get so SOB. Now if I can only remember them when I'm struggling to get my breath!! Hopefully that one will be helpful to some of you and the exercises too.

I saw it on FB and thought it was great for oldbies as well as newbies!! That young man is very thorough and I love his beautiful dog, Molly. Lauren, I'm glad you got approved. That will be a big help to you.

I focus on "stregnthing/arobic" type excersises (walking etc) and forget about my breathing ones.
i like her as she explains each thing also :)
