have been slowly making my way towards an Exacerbation that I felt was going to land me in the ER. Well on Tuesday morning it hit. Shortness of breath, dizziness, and chest pains that the emergency inhaler could not settle down. O2 levels were good. After a boat load of test and several doctors with different diagnosis My stress test (almost 6 minutes on the tread mill before I could not breath.) showed heart was good but I have PULMONARY HYPERTENSION.

Do any of you have this? If so What meds or treatments are you on?

I also have Pulmonary hypertension.....but with no insurance have never seen a specialist......it was dx in the ER dept.

I take a couple blood pressure meds......lisopril and metatropol (sp).....plus potassium and lasix.

i went to the e.r. a couple months ago because of this.
& my bp is starting to go higher & higher.
i didn't understand and this article was great that i didn't need a medical degree to understand it.

I don't have Pulm Hypertension, but my heart goes out to you! Hope it's not too painful anymore, and that you are getting your rest and relief!
