I loved the Everly Brothers...'wake up little Susie" was one of my favorites, and I remember my brother and I, playing the 45's, on the old record player!!

This time, I noticed what was taken for granted all those years ago...everyone was smoking!!! Even Rod Serling as he took us beyond our imagination was puffing away!!!
Just saying...

I remember when I was a kid, Yul Brenner did a TV ad for quitting smoking just before he died and all he said was, "Don't smoke! Please, don't smoke!"
My dad walked up to me when I was outside of his house in the mid 90's having a smoke and he looked at me and said, "Another nail in your coffin!"
My father quit smoking when I was born so he could spend the money for me instead of buying cigarettes. He never smoked from that day on. He passed peacefully at the age of 84 in his sleep a few years back and it wasn't from COPD.
I can truly feel we are on the brink of containing this disease, but we need to cut the head off of this monster and that starts with the tobacco companies.
Never stop believing...God bless you all.
Do not wish COPD on anyone but you would think those two would have known the truth about the research results instead of what they were putting out for the general public.
