But, and I always have had a big butt, I would love to try some edibles or tea or something. I'm on Ativan, but I am always afraid to take as much as I'm actually prescribed for fear I'll build a tolerance and then it won't be effective "when I really need it." I suspect that's some of my OCD/hoarder mentality. But if I could just pop a lolly, I don't that I'd have that issue. Of course, having not done much more than tried it less than a handful of times, I don't know if you build up a tolerance to it the same way or not. With all the different varieties, that may be a non-issue, and/or by the time I reach that point, I can switch out to bourbon or I may be okay with maxing out my Ativan anyway or switching to Xanax (don't know for sure if there is really a pharmacologic difference).
So, yeah, I'd have brownies in the breadbox for anxiety.
i too think that the edible would be better as i don't want anything (even vape) in my lungs.
i hadn't ever thought of tea --- go figure.
I have many of the concerns that simplydani has.
i abused it for many years and i have many years of recovery, but there is always that fear that it would set me off again.
then on the other hand, there was the time that the street stuff got so strong it had the opposite effect & i got paranoid. that wouldnt be soothign for me,
so many questions to make a decision---i guess it would have to be a trial snd error to see if it helps or not
just like all medication
