Good morning or good night gwato! Feeling a little anxious today. Going to the doctor, I have a whole lot of questions to ask and for him to explain so wish me luck. My back is hurting pretty bad this morning and I had another one of the coughing spells SAT. night so I was sore and hurt yesterday. Does everyone have coughing spells where your coughing but yet can't breathe all at the same time? I had to use my inhaler twice and then my albuterol and ipotroipium. Before it got better. It seems like every morning when I get up I have a headache. I don't know why.... Hope y'all are all well or as well as can be!
I only have coughing fits when I have been ill with chest infection of the flu virus, then I resort to cough medicine with Guaifenesin (its an expectorant) helps keep any mucus thin so can cough up easier and soothes the throat and cough at the same time. My good friend Holly put me on to that. Holly posts here from time to time also.
