I am going to be flying next month and I am on o2 at night. Should I be concerened and notify my Dr.?

Call your doctor. You may need to make arrangements for supplemental oxygen while in flight. You may not need it, but your doctor is the best source of information on this.

Yes, call your doctor. If he finds you need o2 in flight, he will have to fill out forms you would download from the air line website.
You may only use it at night, but o2 levels in the air you would be breathing in flight drop pretty low in flight.
Also, make sure you have a prescription from him for o2 so when you reach your destination you will not have any trouble renting some for the nights there.
It is easy to do, and unless you are flying overseas, it is fairly easy and cheap to rent o2 in flight.
If you have an approved portable you can take that along. (Approved by FFA and the airline. Should you need it, just go to the website and find special needs or equipment and look up oxygen , You will not be able to take a canister on board, but a portable concentator is ok. Better safe than sorry...
