Oh okay I was reading some of the post yesterday and saw where someone had left a link for another support group and it was Canadian something so I just wondered. How are you feeling today? I do want to thank you for all the suggestions and all! I wasn't to worried about it at the time I was diagnosed, but I am now I can such a difference from then to now. I get scared alot more now then then. Since it has seemed to get like it is now I am scared! With your help I am coming up with a list to talk
to my doctor about tomorrow when I go. I stay at home by myself so I'm isolated quite a bit so it's good to be able to get on the computer and talk with other people that is or have the same thing although I know that everyone condition is not the same.

That is an International Forum that a few of us have now gone to....It is very much like the old time ones that existed but has many ''fun feature''....Lots of Old Archives to Learn From......The People there are mixed....Canada, US, Australia.....there are many new members but unfortunately most tend to not participate......this is one reason why most of these type of support have virtually ceased to exist....I would say COPD Canada is about the only good one left..

No. I'm from Texas. Willing to, "Prticipate", but have never had a reply to any of my comments. Am 87, have emphysema, hi blood pressure, acid reflux, and neuropathy. Can't walk, eat or breathe. Not a very cheerful correspondent. Guess that is why no one writes me.

Betty..you are not getting replies because this site is virtually DEAD quiet....I only DROP BY.. to see if any of the PAST MEMBERS happen to drop in and wonder where every one is.....IF you want company i suggest you go over and JOIN the COPD Canada and the World....forum...Type it in google or try this LINK..

Oh okay I understand now so this used to be a lot bigger of a group. I'm sure that's not why Betty. I thought I had it bad but I'm finding out there is more people in alot worse shape then I am. I was afraid when I joined this group that it would be like the last one I joined joined would not say anything! I really didn't and still don't realize what all goes with COPD. When I started to get worse and getting scared that's when I started looking for answers and other people to talk that has the same thing or going through it. I also have anxiety and depression but I'm learning that all goes with it.

Yes I keep getting both of you mixed up as it is basically only you both, trying to get involved.......Not sure what your previous group was but it is up to you both, to stay here or move over to the link attached and at least feel ''human''......COPD is a lonely disease, so you need to be able to rant if you want or get involved in our daily life changes.....

I'm also an infrequent visitor but do pop by from time to time :O)
