I AM NOW ON OXYGEN 247. COPD HAS BEEN PROGRESSING, SLOWELY BUT PROGRESSING. AT LEAST I AM NO LONGER PARALIZED. YOU DESERVE A LOT OF HUGS FOR ALL YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS. THE WEIGHT LOSS AND GETTING OFF THE SP-O2.
I WORK ON STAYING GRATEFUL FOR ANOTHER DAY AND A CHANCE TO HELP SOMEONE ELSE. I HAVE BEEN DRINKING 1 CUP OF GINGER TEA WITH 1 TSP OF HONEY AND 1 TSP OFCINNAMON 3 TIMES A DAY AND IT HELPS EASE THE PAIN IN MY LEGS FROM PMR AND HELPS TO LOSS WEIGH

That is wonderful that you don't need 02 at all now. so glad your hip surgery went well...wow, you are just going to be running marathon with the youngsters next ;)
I have heard others that get a by-pass get 'stuck' at a spot. Now that you are aware that you eat emotionally you'll get over that hump and start losing again. For me knowing what I need to do gets me going (i'm a rebel, so i have to know "why" i should do something before i do it).
