Hello everyone. I haven't been on here for awhile. I hope everyone is doing okay. I was wondering if anyone here has tried the
Cannabis Oil. I keep reading about how much it has helped people
with COPD. Just curious. Thank you in advance.

Ha, I had no idea that it could be useful for COPD. I just watched several videos from COPD patients turned activists-and they seem to have very good results with it, some got off all their medication some of O2. I will look into this further ...

I have had success with a glass of wine or two or three.

Cannabis Oil may achieve the same results without screwing up your liver.

It can't be any worse for our bodies than pharmaceuticals that are prescribed to control symptoms.

I am interested in gro100s comment about pharmaceuticals.
I'm not sure that the Spiriva or sprays really help me.
Have any of you seen good studies that these improve things more than a few percentage points?

To clarify my comment. Pharmaceuticals will help to control our symptoms. The amount that they help varies from person to person.

What I question is if the benefit is more beneficial than the side effects?

If Cannabis Oil can control our symptoms with a different set of side effects, than what is the difference?

i to do not feel a lot or relief using what my doctors are using on me..symbicort or Spiriva and what ever else..the heat here is doing a job on me...so if that stuff will help just a few of us i hope someone tells us the rest of the story..asap....ha ha..

I am patiently waiting to see some responses regarding the oil. I was all prepared to ask my Dr. about it when they changed my anxiety medication and it has been helping so I thought I would wait until I heard the true story from one of our DS "family." My sons and brother think it would help but I am 70 years old and bit of a chicken!

I live in Colorado and started trying it a couple weeks ago. the jury is still out. Supposedly it has little effect on cognition and behavior and it is not detected in drug tests.
Some mornings it seems i can breath a little better but as all of us know we have good days and bad so it is hard to decipher. The jury is still out.

One thing i really like about it is my sleep has improved dramatically and less anxiety particularly when i go to bed and the fears of loss of life creeps in.

I had been taking 4 drops or so, but have raised it to 8. We shall see.
