I am so sorry you're not getting the information and the help that you need. I would recommend asking to speak with a social worker or a patient advocate at the hospital. If they don't have one, I would contact your state's elder services office. That office can put you in touch with a local agency in your area who will be able to advocate for you and help you get the attention and information you need.
I read in another post of yours that you are writing books. I think that's a wonderful thing. What are the books about?
