I certainly hope you don't have BO, but the sooner you get an accurate diagnosis, the sooner you can get the proper treatment.

I'm sure you will enjoy our site.
it seems like one of our other members got that dx recently also.
what kind of treatments do you do with that? (inhalers, 02 etc)
i'm just curious because i have copd but also i have been told i have an "interstitial lung disease" that i see a dr next month about----so i'm very interested in all of the different lung diseases that affect us.
i think copd is easy for dr's to say we have, but there are lots of different kinds i'm finding out.
with different ones being found, i'm wondering if treatments will be different of same.
anyway, i'm sorry that you are going thru the fear of learning you have a lung disease, but welcome here!
Have a good day.
Cas
I just seem to get worse. Can't hardly walk across the room. I have had some better days but most aren't very good right now. I will be thinking of you.
I have had nocturnal oxygen for 3 years but now need it on exertion.
So anytime I am not sitting perfectly still. I hate this constant struggle to just breathe!
I'm thinking of your mental health.
with any illness, i think finding a dr that you like and trust is an important part of our care.
thoughts & prayers are with you.
msdgy; i'm glad you have decided to follow up on your scans. it sounds like you may need daytime 02 also so i hope you bring that up to your dr also.
when i started daytime 02 i was amazed at how much stronger i felt....then i had to work up my endurance once i could finally breath.
you are in my thoughts also.
