Doc said bronchoscopy this a.m. looked good (no questionable lesions (cancer.)) He will continue to watch pulmonary nodules in both lungs. Brochiectasis dx stands. Culture taken to confirm/deny microbacterium. Advised me if O2 sats drop to 88-90 to implement home O2.

These SpO2 percentages are old news. If your O2 stats drop below 92% - immediately implement O2 therapy. (Inform your Pulmonologist he needs to update.)

from what I am reading about it, it seems there are a few different types & it is associated with a few different things (cystic fibrosis, copd etc)
