Hi Guys & Gals,
I just happened upon what looks like a very good site for lots of info on lung disease. I haven't really gotten into it much, just looked around at what all was available.
There is one section that looks like it has a lot of good info especially for those recently diagnosed. Wish I had found this 13 years ago when I was diagnosed & cried for weeks knowing for sure my days on the earth were numbered. Below is the link to that particular part of the site. And, there is so much more.

this was good. I went to rehab several years ago. but the thinking about scared to do anything anymore so I don't lose breath is me in a nut shell. it does get depressing. but I try to get some king of exercise every day, even a very short walk around the yard with grace.
