Yes. People are much more helpful. Because when you're on oxygen, your health problem is visible.

yes, you are quit right about that. Like a hurt back or something like that, one can be in real pain and no one knows it.

i understand that-
--since i wear 02 people are more likely to help me in the store because they can "see" that.
where as after i a surgery a year last year & i had to use the carts in the stores, people would glare at me like i was a kid playing with the toys.
they understand you need help only if it shows

and i feel like i'm getting clean air thru my nasal canula when i go to the city with their smoggy air ... maybe its in my mind, but i feel like it's "clean air" :)

AT ONE TIME I HAD 6 DOGS. THEY ARE ALL GONE NOW AND AT MY AGE I DID NOT FEEL RIGHT ABOUT GETTING ANY MORE. SO ENDED UP WITH TWO CATS. ONE I ADOPTED AND..ONE IS A FERAL CAT I TAMED, AND SHE IS A PAIN BUT VERY LOVEABLE.. I HAVE FED ABOUT 13 CATS, BUT ALL BUT ONE I SAVED. THIS WAS OVER ABOUT A YEARS TIME AND THE OTHERS GOT EATEN BY OWL, HAWKS, AND MANY OTHER predators ITS NOT THE SAME AS HAVING A DOG, BUT CATS WILL ADAPT FAST WHEN I AM GONE.
