Christine Dwyer of Becket, founder of the group "Make Some Noise for Lung Cancer Awareness," has been busy doing just what her advocacy organizations moniker says.
After finding out that Niagara Falls was illuminated pink for breast cancer awareness, Dwyer pushed to get the same attention at the famous falls for lung cancer.
Tonight, the falls will glow white -- the color of the diseases awareness ribbon -- from 8 to 8:15 and from 9 to 9:15.
For those unable to make it to the U.S.-Canada border, there will be a live feed online of the lighting at www.fallsviewcam.com.
