Seems as tho a few of you experience these and I'd like to tell you my story. I was hospitalized in a mental hospital for 9 months over 50 years ago because of this and resulting phobias. Because of a skipping heartbeat ( I thot) a cardiologist started me on 30 MSG of Inderal a day
which is propranolol, a betas blocker. He said I could take them the rest of my life with no problem and I have. I have never had another full-blown panic attack. Since that time I have read that this is a recognized treatment. People can take it before flying if the have that fear, for stage fright, etc. I am now 78 and take a 60 mg capsule once a day. Probably could just take as needed but hate to change now: )

sure you know NOT to ever just quit taking it....that you have
to be weaned off it or to change the dosage like you mentioned
you might not need it daily ???
