ADC's Foracort Inhaler - 6/200 mcg is equivalent to Symbicort 160/4.5.

When I first set up an account with ADC it asked for my doctor's name and phone number. I provided the information and that was the end of it.

Terry, What Boldprint says is correct. I did my first order , and the same informtion was required, so I gave it, and that was the end of that. There was also a box to be checked that said I was uploading my prescription from said doctor, and I did NOT check that.
No problem again. i feel they have to have that information on file for liability reasons , or CYA, as we say here in the states !!!
I also ordered the same inhaler and one of the members here, i think it was boldprint, said that was the correct one.
SAVED A LOT OF MONEY !!! Took me about two weeks to get it back, but I am happy..

Thanks BJ. I did not check that box either and the order went through just fine. I did use an echeck for the first time so we'll see how that goes. Still waiting for phone call.

I've never given them my doc's name & number. I never completed any of the info on that page. Then after having ordered several times, they bounced me back once for an answer to the allergy info.

Just joined the forum.. I sent my order to ADC on Wednesday, gave them my Dr's name & phone #. Used E-Check to order. My order was shipped Friday. Thank God for ADC. I take Spiriva & Symbicort as well. Got a six month supply for less then 150.00.

The next time someone asks can you trust ADC, show them this article. It is on their website. Interesting who regulates and over sees them !!

It is just the generic forms of the drugs you normally take and pay big pharma for the privilege of !!!

Yes it's normal for those questions. I've been ordering from adc for about 6 yrs --- I get symbicort too & they send me foracort 200--- I also get spireva & ventolin

Many thanks to all who responded to my post. Gracenme, MaxPuppy also sends his thanks for the compliment and sends the same back to Grace. I assume she is an American Eskimo. They are an absolutely beautiful dog.

I haven't heard anything from ADC yet other than a confirmation email. I think they do make a verification phone call and maybe I'll get that soon.

I usually just get the confirmation email, not the phone call. Either way you should get the dispensing email in a few days followed by an email with a USPS tracking ###...

Just got a phone call to verify my echeck. She said to expect an email notifying me of shipment within 72 hours. It's a long time until January when I'll once again be able to use Medicare. What a relief this will be.

Terry, I do not have medicare part D, so I do not have first hand knowledge of the hole. But don't you have to spend so much while you are in the hole before medicare will start up again? That is such a rip off. I am glad you found ADC, and I know it ill give you peace of mind...
