Trenzy, did you get in on this trial. I watched it for a long time, however was never any in this area. I do know a gentleman that got in on it from North Carolina and he is elated about it. He did get the drug and has not had an exacerbaion and his fev1 increased about 40%. Would be nice huh...

Nycomed announced the submission of a Marketing Authorisation Application (MAA) to the European Medicines Agency (EMEA) for Daxas (roflumilast) as a once-daily oral treatment for patients with COPD associated with chronic bronchitis.

The study Im currently on has given me a new lease on life the first time I used it with in 15 minutes my F1 had jumped %18 . It also is a once a day treatment via a diskus ( its a dry powder ) . The medicine is Indacaterol and the study is being done by Novartis Pharmaceuticals
Just think about it if we could have both of these meds at once we would all have lungs like spring chickens . If 1 can give you 40 % and the other give you 20 % .
