Does anybody know the cpt code for insurance for pulmonary rehab?
The main muscle that keeps us mobile is the thigh muscle. That is the muscle that allows you to get out of the chair. If you can't get out of the chair you start decling fast. It is critical for us to keep that muscle working for us. Once we can't get out of the chair we soon will not be able to take care of our ADL's and Someone Else Will Have To Do Them For Us. NURSING HOME HERE WE COME.
I realise most of us can't just do 50 squats a day or even 1 squat, but most of us can stand at the counter and bend our knees and straiten up again. If you do this several times a day and start going a little lower and lower until you too can squat down and it won't take that long, you'll be surprised. Another thing I learned, It is Never Too Late To Regain You Strength!!!
