I still am able to go to water aerobics a couple of times a week for exercise.
Anyone identify with this?
Your picture looks good!! I still do not know how to do that, so ya'll are stuck with my sunflower!!
The storm was devistating!! The pictures brought tears to my eyes. I am sure our DS members are more concerned with other matters right now , rather than sending us a comment.
And with power off to over a million people, they may not be able to. I worry about the ones on oxygen.
My legs have felt heavy for a long time, and no doctor has given me a reasonable reason, but most agree i need more exercise.
I do not do the water arobics, but I do the bicycle and treadmill, and still they are not happy!!! Now my legs only hurt!!!
I have been geting cramps in them for months, and think maybe I am over exercising them.
Have a great evening, and send prayers for our DS friends.

That seems to be done now. At least I see ads for it. Sounds iffy to me and I wouldn't consider having it done.
I have extreme pain in both of my legs. The Pulmonary Specialist told me that (my leg pain) is related to my Emphysema; and then explained how the entire cardio-vascular system can become involved. *** From Dictionary.com
vascular:
Relating to the vessels of the body, especially the arteries and veins, that carry blood and lymph.
My legs also wont work for me. I have nerve damage from having to lie in a bed for one month in the hospital. I have found if I set to long it makes the worse. It seems you need to keep the circulation going.
God bless
