Mind over matter. Don't let toxic people or thoughts live rent free in your head. Love is the greatest power in the world. Most of what you fear never happens. These, and many other sayings from people have helped me a lot since becoming a widow and then being dx with COPD. Still , much to be grateful for. Including You!
