I thought I would let everyone know that tomorrow I will be having surgery to remove a rather large skin tag in the outer corner of my right eye. This is the second time I've had to do this in a year on the same eye. The skin tag has grown at a very quick pace and now has another skin tag growing on top of the original one. At this pace, I won't be able to close my eyes by Sunday!,,,,,.(hehehe!)

They won't put me to sleep and will only numb the area, so please pray for me that I won't be a wimp when he sticks that needle in my eyelid! At least I know what to expect this time!

You most definitely have my prayers!!! Do not consider it being a wimp, anything to do with the eyes makes most folks back off!!!

I am so glad I had the cataract surgery, but it took a while to convince me I wanted some doctor cutting out this and putting in that!!

At least thank God I was sedated with a local, because they could not afford any movement,

So just think of how much better you will be with those tags off and after it heals!!!

Also, when I had the cataract surgery, they put in drops to numb my eyeball, maybe they have a cream or something like that for you!!

Thank you everyone for all the encouragement! I'm sure everything will be fine....although I do ((((gulp)))) a little harder when I think about that doctor coming toward me with that needle! But I have a wonderful friend who is taking time off from work to take me. I'll be wearing an eye patch when I leave the doctor's office and they don't think I will be able to see good enough to drive as a cyclop.

Prayers and good thoughts coming your way this morning. Everything is going to be fine, and you can be a pirate for a few days while you recoup. Try not to look at the needle, think happy thoughts, whatever you can do to relax. You would definitely deserve a lollipop when this is over
