why? Cali is a pretty open area, religious beliefs are starting to care less, so why is it suicide? I thought the same as you did before hand and i was terrified, when done it was way easier than i could have expected. I am really just curious and you may have valid reasons, but it will help to get advice if we know why.

I came out at age 40 and I was scared and hated myself. Peoples'acceptance made me see the world with a different eye and open my heart. A year later I had my first boyfriend and have been happier than ever in my life.

Being in the closet only hurts us have been in it, especially for a long time. It gets harder to get partners as e grow older.

You need to come out when you are ready. If you need advice from those who walked similar journeys, here I am.
