Coming Out Support Group
This community is dedicated to the challenges that gay men and lesbian women face, both between the partners in a relationship and from other influences (family, society, etc.). Find support and talk to others who may be facing the same challenges, and share your experience.
I don't have any experience in this area, but I imagine this is difficult and confusing to navigate. I recently came to the realization I needed to give myself more love rather than finding it externally from someone else. A terrible realization, but unfortunately true. Allegedly you find your right person once you're in a good space with yourself...so how are you loving yourself? Caring for yourself is more than just doing what society tells/makes you feel you should. How's yoga going? Did you make a nutritional meal today? I'm super guilty of skipping my workouts, eating terribly, etc all in the name of 'saving time' and 'being responsible.' But those are perfect examples of the things I should be prioritizing if I love myself. Remember, your #1 fan should be you (it's something I'm working on myself!!).
What is it you like about / attracts you to this person? Maybe thinking about it that way would help to identify qualities you are looking for in a person/relationship if/when you're ready for a relationship?
Work on the self-love in the meantime maybe?
Totally just guessing here! <3
