Coming Out Support Group
This community is dedicated to the challenges that gay men and lesbian women face, both between the partners in a relationship and from other influences (family, society, etc.). Find support and talk to others who may be facing the same challenges, and share your experience.
On the coming out front, most are afraid to do so, again not a whole lot of information here but something to think about is who you are coming out to and why. You don't need to tell the whole world and those you do tell are really only the ones who would see you with a significant other. If you don't have one right now, then why tell them anything. In this sense coming out is more you coming out to you and being okay with the concept of being seen with a same sex partner. Much less about other people. The public and what they think doesn't matter, your friends and family do a bit more but I am a firm believer in that those you want around are the ones who would support that. If they don't want to then they are just toxic to you. Again though they only need know when you are bringing that person home for dinner so to speak. Not sure how much of this helped but with the limited info its the best I have.
