Colon Cancer Support Group
Colorectal cancer, also called colon cancer or bowel cancer, includes cancerous growths in the colon, rectum and appendix. Many colorectal cancers are thought to arise from mushroom-like growths that are usually benign, but some may develop into cancer over time. The majority of the time, the diagnosis of localized colon cancer is through colonoscopy.
I found it kind of bitter-sweet, but if you are laughing so am I.
I believe you are right though. Why should Cancer make it any different?
I have not been able to make family reunions in years and years and decided this year to give it a try.
My luck one in Sept 18th and just yesterday found out another one is on Labour day. The earlier one is with all my sisters and family I know so much better.
I don't think I will know over 10 people in the later one? I just cannot afford even one, but wanted to do it anyway.
If I go to the one I will know most people, I will be happier, but I kind of promised about the other one!
I feel like crying just trying to decide.
But it is the same story! Since my cancer I will be the one with (had) cancer trying to see relatives. (why now after all these years?)
Kate you still always make me smile.
