I try to make as much time for myself as possible, but I am in the sticks and I have to cut back on petrol use. Now I am beginning to come out of my shell.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
