i am learning boundaries. this is different for everyone what their boundaries will look like. one thing we need to remember is that it is ok to take baby steps in this direction to a healthier lifestyle.
it could be a simple matter of saying no to something that isn't seriously important to the one we are in a codependent relationship with instead of always saying yes when our insides scream NO! this is how i am learning to take back my life and have healthier relationships.
any thoughts or comments on this as a starter? any ideas of some things you could personally say NO to that would help you start? any ideas of other ways you could take small steps away from being codependent?

allow the universe to heal what you think needs healing? that is all i can think of now.. i am currently working on my own healing by looking at illness as something i dont need to fix.

I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
