Codependency Support Group
Codependency is defined as someone who exhibits too much, and often inappropriate, caring for another person's struggles. A codependent person may try to change, or feel shame about their most private thoughts and feelings if they conflict with the other person's struggles. If you are on a journey towards self-love, this support group is for you. Join us and find others...
I know you are in pain right now but I am here to tell you that we are here to suppot you in this.
Do you really want me to answer those questions? I think deep within you know why....
Is it that you rather feel bad being in a relationship than being all alone?
Ask yourself is it really him or just the illusion of being loved?
Is it just the fantasy of what you guys could be than what you really are.
I suggest you get the book codependent no more from Robin Norwood. That will answer all of your questions.
Welcome on your journey to recovery.
warm greetings
Ooh
It is a self worth type of thing......you just gotta know you are worth SOOOOOO much more! Then he won't matter! Plus getting rejected drives a person batty, does't it??.....Being tossed aside when we help people feels like a total slap in the face! And no less help them, and they get all 'great' afterwards....like where was this 'great' guy when he was mooching off of you :( What a jerky face!
Sucks. I am sorry, I have so been there....but keep up the good work of no contact.....time will heal it for ya, PROMISE!
